The tasting session takes place in the Ferry Inn (though this can be moved along the street to the Royal Hotel depending on numbers/space availability). Tastings can be arranged on request and are priced at £100 per person. The experience is for over 18s only and ID may be requested from any customer appearing under the age of 25 in keeping with Scottish licensing regulations.
This whisky tasting focuses wholly on Scapa 'The Orcadian' single malt in a variety of expressions. Each tasting will comprise a minimum sampling equivalent of 5 units of alcohol. Sample sizes and number may vary. Take home packs can be arranged for those not wishing to consume all of their drams at the time. We are happy to hear from customers in advance of the tasting should there be a particular dram that they are keen to try.....we can't promise that we can supply it, but we will do our best.
