Orders will be processed as soon as possible after receipt. Goods are made to order and delivered by Royal Mail.
Please allow extra time for orders during busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays, etc.) as all orders are put together by hand. Remember also that we are on an island off north Scotland. Weather can disrupt ferry and flights and occasionally this can impact on delivery times..
UK Shipping
Shipping to the UK is £4.50 per order.
International Shipping
Shipping outside of the UK is with Parcelforce Worldwide. International shipping charged at cost.
Collection
Orders can be picked up Monday - Sunday, from 9am - 6pm, and are generally ready within 2 to 4 days of purchase. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
